Hug😔 Psoriasis fighter here…also in my flare up phase now…but I don’t do anything just try to accept it and eat healthy food and avoid food /products which can trigger/make it worse…drink a lot of water,take fiber and vitamin and enough sleep and also reduce stress we can win over this❤️❤️❤️
