So true! Also, you get way better taste with whole ingredients. The whole ingredients expand to fit into the bag, they soak better!

In a plastic tea bag is not good. cut the tea out and put it in a defuser.

I take mine out of the tea bag or just buy the loose tea version. Those cone shaped bags are plastic.
