Okay, found more, the home was built in 1971 renovated with the architect Jame Biber of Pentagram in the 1990s. Owned from 1996-1998 by Juan and Maria Posada, then by Anita Howe-Waxman 1998-2000, at which point it was purchased by biotech, investor and scientist Alan Walton and wife Elenor. In Oct 2025 it was bought by, wait for it, Costal Luxury Homes LLC, a "semi-custom" company that "specializes in luxury retirement-friendly low-maintenance" homes. Founded by Christopher Klos. So yes, nothing but a tragic, high end house flipper.
