Not identifying is a secondary offense. What was she arrested for that by law she needed to identify. The business never even asked for her to be trespassed. This will be thrown out in court and I’m sure she will have legit lawsuit against that police department. There was no law broken to be investigated he was there to keep the price in a civil dispute.
