Eggs in pot with water to cover. Get to rolling boil. Cut off stove. Set timer 10 minutes, cover pot. Let sit. Ice bath after ten minutes. Perfect everytime

I literally boil a dozen eggs every couple of days. Peel and toss in the fridge. They’re great for quick snacks. Keeps me out of the chips and junk food. An egg cost Pennie’s and has actually nutrition.

Even though I hate hard boiled egg that and meat sticks or jerky probably make the best snacks for people on the carnivore diet
