My shihtzu would rather snap her own leg OFF than let you touch them 😅 been like that since 7 months old. Never bites or gets aggressive she just tries to run away using the 3 legs still touching the floor. My other Shihtzu LOVES having her feet rubbed and touched.. dogs can be kind of odd.
