me and my sister were talking about this the other day how this is one of the best storylines in skyrim because its one of the only factions where you start to care about the members. most factions have about max 3 characters you can even remember the names of, I could go on and on about how the dark brotherhood questline is one of the best in the game but I dont want this comment to be an essay.

I accidentally joined them during my first playthrough and actively sobbed while running through the sanctuary. I join them every time and know the quest lines by heart. Doesn’t make it hurt any less 😭
