My personal experience; I’m almost 47, pretty damn tired all the time tbh. Ran SS for about 3 weeks (1-2 mg daily- this stuff is kinda expensive) I’m now introducing MotSC slowly (starting with 1mg daily) so far it has not made me feel worse, only better, but only slightly. I’ll increase as I go. I wish I would have done higher doses of SS but again, it gets expensive so my suggestion is do what you’re comfortable with, physically & financially. We are our own lab rats. 😘

I have been doing MOTS-C for 2.5 weeks at 3mg 3x a week. The first week was fine but the second week I started getting large welts at the injection sites. There is also a hard lump under the skin at injection sites it takes about 5 days to go away. Otherwise I feel great from it. I have read that that means it’s working. What is your take?

Omg that makes sense why I felt horrible after incorporating mots-c with my 5amino. I guess I’ll stop the mots and order ss-31…. Guess I just wasted money on the mots vial 😩

Im day 3 in on Motsc. Nice energy. woke up at 1am and found it hard to go back to sleep. I will either do ss31 after or start at same time. I see a lot of ppl say ss31 before motsc, but Dr. Trevor and a handful of others actually recommends Motsc before SS31. we'll see how it goes.
