I send my man not only pictures of the exact item but the brand. Plus the exact aisle its supposed to be on. I also always give him alternatives just in case they are out of the item I want. If non of that helps he video calls me and shows me the self so I can help him. It's not them being difficult. Its about needing clarification. You can't say the milk I use in my coffee and expect someone to know you're actually talking about milk not creamer. The only reason she realized what you were asking for was because you mentioned cereal. Then she needed clarification on what kind of milk you wanted. Personally I always get whole milk. But sometimes I buy 2% milk. communication and clarification are important whether or not someone is autistic.
