Addiction is from being overly aware, and not knowing what to do with the extra awareness. You're so aware that you already know every out come, You can feel everything with yourself and everyone around you, pain, lack, fakeness, arrogance all of it and it's too much for your deep awareness, In other words you're not trying to be awake, you were born awake, and it's a hard load to bare. People who don't have this highten sense of awareness have nothing to try and numb, But people eho do have it try to numb it. But the things that numb it, can make it worse.

The mind is a very powerful thing. Especially to me. My self empowerment is playing music. And hes right. I really really need to focus and believe in myself and what i want to do. Its really hard when you have a learning disability. Ability to expand my mind.
