Holy water is easy to find if you know a priest or have some catholic giftshop in town. Also not a sin to drink it, just not as common. Maybe frowned upon, idk

Any holy water put into a body of water will cause the rest of the water to become holy, as long as the mixture is at least 51% holy, so you may need a lot for purification, or slowly add more and more stew to bring up the holy water coming. It's not a sin to drink it, but it's uhh... ill advised.
