@krugerconstruction: I still get messages about this garage door strip It’s the Jin&Bao Universal Garage Door Threshold Seal Strip from Amazon • It’s about $30 USD for 20ft and I just use PL premium Max for adhesive • I haven’t had any lift and it’s been down for a couple years now, trucks driving over it through winter and summer • The reason I put it in was to stop water from getting in under my door when we got heavy wind driven rains but I found it works great to stop the water from melted snow on winter inside the garage seeping under the door and freezing the door shut • Here I used the Makita 40v XGT grinder and vacuum to grind the floor for good adhesion, between that and just lining it up good it’s a super easy install @Makita Tools USA . . . #tools #construction #makitapartner #makitatools
