That same piece leaks on The 4.6 I had one leak into plug up front there on my expedition was 2000. damn that was a great truck suv or whatever. I sold that with 225k miles in 2020 with it running clean as the day we bought it. I did a water pump, plugs , coils , map sensor ,throttle position sensor , 2 fuel pumps , and that gasket and the whole intake gasket. As a tech i was surprised with those chains and tensioners. Anyway sorry to interrupt. 😉

Hey Chris , are you working in a ford dealership or independent shops? Seems you work on different brands am i just suffering from ptsd watching everyone take the cab and bed off trucks to work on them ..😯🙄🤪😉

I just did the crossover gaskets on my 5.4 and they were toast. A couple days later I’m seeing a leak again…wtf? Pressure tested it again the damn thing had a pin hole in the casting. You don’t want to buy one of those things, holy moly they’re proud of them things.
