I don’t agree with this… Woman were feared in the past BECAUSE we bled! We were seen as too powerful, especially when cycles synced up In communities. I think we are at our strongest when we bleed. Not the other way around.

I can guarantee that if you change your diet it will work wonders for the menstrual cycle, no cramps no bloating and no stinky smelling haven’t reached no cycle but I used to take Tylenol heavy throw up take another one smh , chlorophyll is my best friend
