@loly_ace3: I am a woman working in a field where people don’t always expect to see women. As a dump truck operator, I work with heavy machinery, long hours, and real responsibility. Every day I step onto the job site, I’m not just doing my job I’m challenging old ideas about what women can and cannot do. Women empowerment means having the courage to take up space where we were once told we didn’t belong. It means proving through skill, discipline, and hard work that strength is not defined by gender. I’ve learned that empowerment isn’t given — it’s earned through showing up, learning the craft, and doing the work safely and professionally, just like anyone else. Being a woman in this industry hasn’t always been easy, but it has made me stronger. I represent progress for young girls who may one day see this career as an option for themselves. When women enter fields like trucking and construction, we open doors, change perceptions, and build a future where opportunities are based on ability, not assumptions. Women empowerment is about equality, confidence, and respect.
