Crispy Potato Rings Ingredients * 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed * 5 tbsp corn starch * ¼ tbsp red chilli powder * ¼ tbsp black pepper powder * ¼ tbsp garlic powder * ¼ tbsp dried parsley * ¼ tbsp salt * Oil, for frying Method: Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes, then drain, cool for 5-8 minutes, and mash. Mix with the corn starch, seasonings, and salt until a smooth dough forms. Transfer to a piping bag, pipe onto a flat surface, shape into rings, and deep-fry over medium-low heat until crispy and golden.
