looks like there was a k9 dog there and that small dog wanted to sniff the other dogs butt. are these law enforcement officers stupid? and then say after they kicked the dog that they felt threatened by. I'm a small female and I would have never thought that dog was coming for me but rather the k9 dog. like most times when more than 1 dog is around. he should be charged. that poor dog

My wife is a vet tech and if she saw this she would freak out. What he did was wrong they should of put the police k9 in the car the guy was no threat so no need for the k9.
