@kyfitjourney: Been obsessed with these high-protein tuna toasties for lunch🤤 Here’s What I used👇🏼 Macros per toast: 390 kcal | 30g protein Ingredients for 4: 2 tins of tuna, drained 2 tbsp cottage cheese 1 tbsp cream cheese 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped Salt & pepper, to taste 4 slices seeded wholemeal sourdough 4 slices cheese (I used Monterey Jack) Instructions In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, cottage cheese, cream cheese, chopped onion, salt, and pepper until well combined. Spread the tuna mixture evenly over each slice of sourdough. Top each slice with a slice of cheese. Place the toasts in the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 180°C, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Serve immediately and enjoy! #EasyRecipes #highprotein #cooking #lunchidea #healthyrecipes
