@georgiaheins: If your lower belly is the last place fat ever leaves - even though you’re ‘doing everything right’ (calorie deficit, training, steps)… it’s usually because your body feels under pressure. If your life looks like: ☕ under-eating 😴 poor sleep 🏃♀️ over-training 🧠 always stressed …your body stays in protect mode and holds fat where it feels most sensitive to stress (hiiiii lower belly). More restriction doesn’t fix that. Less pressure does. And reminder: belly fat is genetic too - some areas are just the last to go.
ive been doing everything perfectly for 19 days only lost 3.4kg and i barely see difference atlough im gaining muscle i barely see me losing fat in my stomach and its so demotivating

Ok can you give advice on the stress factor because I hate the whole “just slow down, do more mindful things, go do yoga” etc. I can’t quit my job especially in this day and age with how the economy is so how can I REDUCE MY STRESS AND CORTISOL if I can’t remove what the problem is??? I TRYYYY to relax I TRYYY to be mindful but nothing works.
