I've seen a lot of muzzle training like this and it makes so much sense to me, helping the dog to slowly get used to the feeling as well as learning that the muzzle doesn't cause harm. And if course, the dog learns that it's owner is trying to take care of them.

took less then 5 minutes to get my dog muzzle trained he will get up and put his nose in the muzzle with no voice command when I hold it and tap on it

This is great training!!! Your dog doesn’t have to be mean to be kept safe in an emergency! Heaven forbid it’s a skill she needs to learn, she won’t have to deal with learning on top of whatever is frightening or paining her.
