My buddy’s 2018 L87 owned since 2021 now at 108k miles has had 5w30 its entire life, healthy and reliable as any older GM

They haven’t recalled the 2019 engines yet. Mine has been sitting with a blown engine waiting. Blew in 2023.

They also updated the picoscope as well they process is a little different you no longer use NVJ to monitor engine vibration I actually already had 1 fail after the new update
