for everyone one the comments saying this is normal it not maybe you got a great nurse but I seen nurses tired of the job not even ask permission or let patient know what they doibg. so if you have been privileged to get a nurses who has been like this one you are lucky not everyone had this experience

As an SA survivor and someone who gave birth recently, THIS is how cervical checks should be done. My nurses were amazing and did the same process and it made a world of difference 🥹
