@stephpiruns: Runners will call it an “easy day” and still wake up sore 😅 I spent week 1 of the new year with DOMS: delayed onset muscle soreness—I did too much too soon after barely doing anything while on vacation 😭 On DOMS days, I keep movement light and use KT Tape for a little extra support while I heal. The best way to use KT Tape in this case is to apply it BEFORE I get back into my workouts after time off… a reminder for myself for next time! It’s not a fix.
