@pov_husband: She says this is one of her favorite from me. I usually use rockfish but this time I used cod which was also good but was a little too thick. Season the fish with salt, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. The wet batter I use 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup corn starch, 1 Tbsp paprika, and beer. I fry the fish at about 400F oil then the temp drops a lot when you put the fish in.
