depends on where you live in the US. California in my opinion has a healthier mindset than other parts of the US.

sadly American food didn't used to be this way but this is exactly what it has become :-( it is no longer healthy because large corporations and our government have decided to prioritize money and profit over health. I do think a lot of people are waking up to this but it took too long and too many people are now paying the price with cancer on the rise Etc
