@dogs.rescue.usa2: IT'S REALLY HEART BREAKING THAT NO SINGLE DONATION HAS BEEN MADE FOR THIS POOR BABY 😢💔 🚨We received a heartbreaking email from an owner desperate for help. Two days ago, her 9-month-old bully developed a prolapsed urethra. She rushed him to the hospital for help and was presented with a bill for thousands to save his life—an amount she didn’t have. With the bit of money she had left in her bank account, she purchased antibiotics and pain medication in hopes of buying him time and finding him help. We received her email and knew we had to help. He isn’t eating or drinking, he has a fever, and he hasn’t urinated in 24 hours. The most alarming symptom is the blood pouring from his penis; we are worried about a stone or crystal that could be blocking him. Without immediate help, necrosis and irreversible bladder damage will develop, and he will eventually lose his life. We have rushed Roukus to an emergency hospital, where they are stabilizing him. His surgery is estimated to be over $1,000, even with a rescue discount. Please help us provide critical care for Roukus and be a lifeline for his owner, who loves him so deeply. He is her baby, and this family needs our help.
