I get everyone's frustration but this view of why Ilya does things is so westernized. You need to realize Ilya can literally be killed for who he is. He has mental issues, trauma and no control over any aspects of his life. He has a family that thought him he doesn't matter and his problems never be heard. So he is not great at communication and his internal struggles makes him act out. Shane on the other side also is not a good at communicating and making clear what he wants cause he doesn't know himself either yet. And both are very young. So people need to watch deeper in the show and not judge everything by their pov. Loved the reaction though 🥰
