I've been walking with a weighted vest for 2 months now at a calorie deficit and I've lost 2lbs a week constantly. Every day cardio I estimate burning 500ish calories at 16% incline 4x a week in a row, 3% the remaining days and keeping heart rate at 155. it's super worth it - unbias opinion
