what do we know about the relationship between the weak nuclear force and gravity in regards to this phantom acceleration. could it be same idea? farther out matter is being pulled harder away, thus the "macro" weak nuclear force increases. spitballing here not an astrophysicist.

could it be that on a galactic scale, gravity behaves similar to a bicycle wheel where the center point can be considered to be a super massive black hole while the spokes represent a gravitational link of all matter in the galaxy such that everything moves at a somewhat constant velocity around the center. And instead of it being a rigid structure like a bicycle wheel, the gravity "link" interacts with spacetime's elastic fabric like property creating the structure of a galaxy we see...

I do not like the dark matter explanation. I like mond, it seems simpler to make mond work than dark matter. Dark matter is not aesthetically, pleasing nor simple. Plus, it has not been proven in experiments. I think we need a different explanation.
