The frozen random chicken is a game changer. There’s never a time I don’t have a random green and some dressing. Boom salad! Then toss anything else in the fridge in there.

Love the bouillon but it is salty, I have a small jar of the chicken no salt powder and surprisingly it’s good, not a full soup worth but good to add to rice or a sauce without adding salt.

NOTE: Better than bouillon is working on transitioning to being gluten free but some of their products still contain gluten so if you are gluten free please check carefully each one before you buy!

corn tortillas, masa (in case the tortillas are gone), I make bulk white rice and freeze it into individual portions, my son loves rice and I always have cold rice for friend rice. Spam and chorizo, I can make quick dinners and breakfast with them and I can get it for $1 sometimes so I keep it on hand.

A good one that I always keep in my pantry for back up is dehydrated bell pepper mix. It isn’t as good as fresh, but it’s very useful and good and things that have moisture in it like stews and rice, dishes and dips.
