It’s 5 blocks at most of this the rest of it looks and is stuck in the 1960s and looks like it’s one flood away from being Detroit because the city has such high taxes it’s why they’ve lost out on so many businesses moving there or starting there compared to Estero/Bonita Springs which are booming along with Naples while Fort Myers hasn’t built a new building along the waterfront in almost 20 years except for one or two small / medium apartments
