I had severe depression for a couple years, I didnt brush my teeth at all, i drank sodas and are lots of sugar. This is how my teeth look today, I have never gotten my teeth fixed or cleaned at a dentists, and i dont have any holes today.

I have black triangles due to the fact before braces it hurt so much to brush I just refused to brush but now I brush when I'm able too (the longest after braces I've went without brushing was like almost a month which I think is a huge step in progress for me)
