@livchronically: Just a quick rundown of the most effective things that helped me heal my POTS! I have more in depth videos on my page on each of these topics! Just a reminder, what worked for me will not work for everyone, POTS is very individualized, but I like to share in the event this info helps anyone else in their POTS journey! #pots #chronicillness #chronicallyill #HealingJourney #healingispossible

Pots is fixable! We get to see people reverse it every day. Finding the root causes is crucial.

Whenever someone says they “healed” their POTS I lean in 😮‍💨 I used to deal with dizziness, bloating, constant fatigue and that wired-but-tired feeling every day. I tried so many protocols and felt stuck when nothing really shifted. It was exhausting. In a women’s forum someone mentioned Eat Like A Woman Protocol by Loren Green and it finally made sense to me. My digestion settled, energy steadied and I lost 28 lbs. Feels like info nobody talks about.

Careful.. I thought I was ‘healed’ between 2003-2011 and then again from 2013-2018 but this time, I know I am not healed. I am in remission and relapse can happen at any time.

Functional neurology is the only field qualified to deal with dysautonomia and heal it. Super glad you’re giving it a platform here. Was the upper cervical and FN the same doctor?

This is the second time I’ve heard about functional neurology for POTS patients and it having amazing results. I wish that doctors pushed this more, because I didnt know about it until Tik Tok. Definitely something I want to look into! Thank you for sharing, it helps a lot of people!

Sad part is functional neurology and chiropractic care is not covered by my insurance and can’t afford it

I reduced my symptoms by 90% by quitting gluten. It was wild. (I noticed I’d be at the point of passing out within 15 minutes of eating a gluten heavy meal.) I’m going to look at your suggestions for the 10% I’m still dealing with. Showers are the thing that gets me the most, followed by lack of sleep.

I hate that the search says “pots victim complex.” We’re just trying to share information, no one is even complaining
