Hey guys so Jesus still loves u. To defeat this sin u have to let God help and if u see ur self falling into it this is what my church says: imainge 20 temptations and 3 demons VS YOU. Do u think u can fight those all by your self NO IF U SEE LUST GET UP AND RUN. Don’t fight it I repeat WHATEVER U DO DONT TRY TO FIGHT IT . Either pray, run somewhere. Distract ur self. Lust is the worst sin and once u let it in it will happen again.

I get so scared God is mad at me or upset because no matter how many times I repent it never gets better, I feel so disgusted, so disappointed, I hate myself for this, I try to think about how it’s normal for a teen but I can’t! It’s not what I want! I don’t know how to win temptation, sometimes I even question if it’s temptation or just myself… I cry and try to wash the feeling off from my hand
