My work has a nurse come to the office to give us all shots and it's so freaking handy because I would DEFINITELY procrastinate otherwise. 😅 You're so brave! And everyone who goes ahead and makes that appointment now is also really brave!

I had a severe needle phobia/trypanophobia to the point of panic attacks. I even tried hypnotherapy. It took me 5 years and with that time, eventually I was able to overcome it. I’m proud of you because needles can be really scary! 🥰💖

I'm super proud of you!!! 👏👏👏 I also hate shots. 😫 When I got a covid booster they told me to keep moving my arm throughout the day so it's not super sore tomorrow. I hope that helps. 😊

always do tetanus on the opposite side you sleep on. that one is painful for days! also find out if you got the dtap or just tetanus. it's usually dtap - diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (whooping cough). just good to know for your records.
