the hormones are also always way worse when you don’t bleed :( like not getting the release is HORRIBLE on my psyche cause you know it’s “started” and sometimes there’s even cramps!

im really happy a more well known creator has pcos and is open to talking about it. information on pcos and how to regulate hormones is so hard to find out there so finding community for me has been more important so i dont feel alone. im the second other person in the family who struggles with pcos. its really hard to describe to other people how it is.
