So this is crazy. I put it under my chin and closed my eyes. I was convinced that there was also light alternating from side to side. Then I watched the video, there is not. I read comments, and people said their eyes were moving. I tried again and put my fingers over my eyes to determine if they were moving. They are not. My brain Is literally interpreting the music as light.
