I've had this for 38 years. once shivers start I cant move.if I do move...shivers intense. Only at night and shivers happen all night.. by morning Im soaked in sweat.

I get this as well.it can last for hours and it makes me urinate alot. heading blankets don't help after one starts, and my body is so sore after an attack from all the shaking and shivering.

Girl get ur b12 checked. I had very similar symptoms and a weekly b12 injection really helped

This happens to me!! It's like my body takes a screenshot and I shiver randomly!! They don't know why they don't think it's electrolytes. I have a weird neuro history and have been dx with FND in the past and they tie any weird sx I get to that

You need to have a metabolic panel done. Hormones checked and your vitamin levels . I can’t maintain my vitamin D or B 12 levels on my own at all. I have to get weekly B12 injections and take 50k units of vitamin D just to have a detectable level of either . I had issue maintaining my body temperatures when my levels are low. I also had a hysterectomy in my early 30s so hormones were an issue for a long time. Definitely try to get all those looked at 😬

Yes I get random shakes and shives. For me it’s caused by a neurological moment disorder. It happens even when I’m not cold they happen randomly. Sending you gentle hugs and spoons.

I did what helped was a hot shower but then I found Tustin longevity they helped me so much I highly recommend because nothing ever helped me besides them
