Don’t forget your RNFA’s…registered nurse first assistants…more learning and certification, but very cool if you want to assist the doctor during surgery like a PA or NP would and you learn to suture wounds closed. My mom retired as one :-)

Do you workout on the days you work? I work 4 10s but it’s more like 4 11s and I’m exhausted. I came to the OR this past summer from 3 12s on the floor and it’s been a hard switch although I love it but I’m wondering how ppl come home and work out after such a long day or do it so early!!
