I didn't know i had this feature until my Samsung said there was an airtag near me... I was like wtf i was scared someone put it on my car... I was leaving work and not surrounded by cars and scan it again a few times and it didn't pop up again...Please everyone put that notification on and be safe 🫶🏾

i actually get random notifications on my samsung phone when airtags are nearby. i didn't put that setting on or download any apps. my phone just decided to warn me ig 😭😭 i mean, good for me fr, but i do get spooked sometimes

At least with AirTag you’re notified. Tile has been out for years before Apple but notifications of a Tile isn’t automatic. You have to have the Tile app but Tile owners can hide it from detection. Who knows how long Tile trackers have been stalking us.
