I have one and it’s the best. I toss and turn and it’s still comfy on my back and on my sides. My arms were falling asleep too, but now they don’t with this pillow.

you can do this with a normal pillow if you roll the bottom up them adjust it to neck hight works for me every time trust

before I got my cervical pillow, I used to fold pillows…. I have at least two in the bed that are already so used to being folded. That’s how they lay.

I have a matress topper that is like a marshmallow and I sleep with no pillow, it immediately curves to my liking, I probably wouldn’t recommend this but I would recommend one of those like blue and white mattress toppers
