That’s why democratic governments demonize socialism and communism. It rewards competent leaders and destroys corruption. Case in point, China. Anyone who has visited China knows how vastly superior the quality of life is there over western capitalist democracy.

China has brought 800 million out of poverty in 40 years. Is more productive than the USA (which controlled most industries after WW2). Their government is based on meritocracy, education, and experience. (Some reality TV star or movie star would never qualify for public office let alone become president.)
