@steven.petersen: Baby hammerhead sharks swimming in a shallow cove right in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida 🤯🦈 Not offshore. Not an aquarium. Just real Florida wildlife cruising through clear water on a sunny St. Pete day. This is why people love St. Pete city life, waterfront views, beaches, and marine life all in one place. One minute you’re grabbing coffee, the next minute you’re watching sharks swim a few feet from shore. How cool is St. Pete, Florida? #StPeteFlorida #FloridaLife #SharkTok #DowntownStPete #OceanLife
Bonnethead sharks they get a little bigger than that but yeah that is pretty cool

Bonnethead sharks commonly get mistaken for baby hammerheads. But they're actually their own species! They're smaller, with a rounder head, and only reach around 3 feet in length while Hammerheads can grow over 10 feet long.

One time I saw baby turkeys in the wild and I was so overcome with delight I had to sit down on the ground. I would simply not be able to handle this.

Stayed in that marina last year on a boat trip down to the keys. St Pete was a highlight of the adventure. The Keys were amazing too.
