Omg that is way too much Tret!!! use a pea size amount all over your face. It’s not meant as a spot treatment! It speeds up your cell turnover, doesn’t directly help breakouts go away. Helps them from appearing.

Hot tip. Lightly hit the bottom of the tube against your counter immediately when you pop the cap and it will keep it from constantly spewing out. 💕

Careful using too much melatonin/for too long! Eventually it can have reverse symptoms and makr you stay awake! It also eventually started to give me horrible dreams! I started taking 800mg magnesium a day and never need melatonin anymore

My husband is ADHD he learned taking melatonin is going to mess up your natural melatonin in the long run and make things worse. That’s why there’s strict regulations in other countries and not even allowed in some.

ADHD baddies unite! You should try valerian root, too! It helps you sleep just like melatonin, but it’s doesn’t disrupt your natural sleep rhythm and doesn’t have the nasty melatonin hang over!
