@sweetmerciesrescue: She came in yesterday. Thin and scared. She’s bleeding from her back end. She is either heavily pregnant, recently gave birth, or lost a baby. I don’t know yet. What I do know is this: She is underweight. She is standing to be in the loose sale tomorrow morning. She does not belong here. This is not a place where answers happen. This is not a place where healing starts. She needs a vet. She needs diagnostics. She needs groceries, rest, and time to stabilize whatever her body is trying to survive right now. That cannot happen here. I can step in and get her out tomorrow. I can get her to safety. I can set her up for a real chance. I just can’t do it alone. Getting her safe also frees us up to keep helping more horses tomorrow. If you’re able to help, please do. If you can’t, sharing this still matters. She deserves better than waiting here.
