My prostate biopsy was done awake. Hurts for days afterwards. Expect to pee & nut blood for a week or more. Had a friend need hospitalization after his biopsy caused blood clots that blocked his urethra.

They get to be asleep. But my endometrial biopsy I get zero pain meds. They wrench their way thru the cervix and scrape our uterus. But no pain meds.
