@sacramentourbanmedia916: The Kid Rock–supported Rock the Country festival will no longer make its planned stop in South Carolina after a cascade of artist departures derailed the event. Local officials in Anderson County confirmed to The Post & Courier that the two-day show, scheduled for July 25–26, 2026, at the Anderson Sports and Entertainment Center, has been officially canceled. County administrator Rusty Burns said officials were informed of the decision late on Feb. 5 but were not provided with a specific reason for the cancellation. “We weren’t given an explanation,” Burns said. “These things happen in the entertainment business. We had a solid two-year run.” The South Carolina date was part of a broader eight-stop summer tour launched by Kid Rock, with Jason Aldean and several other high-profile artists slated to appear as additional headliners.#fyp #viral
