hirap talaga sa ibang airlines. pag may aberya, ikaw pa pupunta or magrereklamo sa kanila. sa PAL, sila ang pupunta sayo at iaassist ka pa. tig 2k per luggage pa yung compensation

Got lost baggage in Vietnam. Got compensated ₱15k when we got back to PH kahit anlaki parang di worth it yung lost daysss. Had Chubb Insurance btw!

This happened to me; they left my luggage in Iloilo. I was on my way back to UK, they then messaged me na it was in MNL na and they were willing to send it to my UK address but it would take roughly 3 months kasi they will send it through cargo and I declined. I requested for it to be sent back to Iloilo and asked for compensation. They gave me 12K.

As a makeup artist, this is literally a nightmare😩 Imagine having a client the next day tapos your baggage goes missing. Our kits are heavy pa naman so bringing them as hand carry is almost impossible.

Also if traveling with multiple people make sure correctly named ang bag tags! Kasi per passenger lang ang compensation, not per bag. Lugi if mistakenly named under 1 person lang
