I know it spits in the face of food tourism, but if you want non-traditional/western style food I highly recommend Calico. Was there 2 weeks ago and took the kids there, fed the family for $100ish with food left over, and it tasted great.

I actually have to recommend a few: the udon sukiyaki at party peak on iwatake and the hakuba mini golf place that does tacos every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday!!!

There’s a little cafe right at the bottom of happo one near the entrance to the gondola. Had my last run and was cold and wet and got a nice ass chocolate waffle with homemade icecream and a hot chocolate. 10/10 would recommend
