My wedding isn’t until 2027 but we got our venue for just under 10,000. We get place whole day, photographer, dj, open bar, appetizers, cocktail hour, outside ceremony and inside reception that just got renovated. We are only 75 people but even 100 would’ve only been under 11,000.

How is each guest $500. That is absolutely crazy. What’s being served. Lobster and caviar. Open bar is a separate bill. Maybe $100 at the max but $500. Break down exactly what that includes.

My daughter’s will be around $20,000. That’s two venues, two photographers, videographer, DJ, flowers, food, and alcohol. 300 guests. It’s prioritize the non negotiable and budget the rest.
